Preparing for Travel’s Return: The New Future of e-Tourism

The International Federation for IT and Travel & Tourism (IFITT) invites submissions of cutting-edge research and the latest case studies on emergent and innovative ICT concepts, applications, and business models to be shared at the ENTER22 e-Tourism Conference. With the theme “Preparing for travel’s return – the new future of e-Tourism”, the conference will focus on the role of information technology in addressing the new challenges and opportunities for the tourism industry introduced by the global COVID-19 pandemic.

2. SUBMISSION FORMATS
Submissions are invited for the following formats:
· Full Papers: Up to 12 pages
· Short Papers: Up to 5 pages
· ENTERXchange Presentations: Up to 5-minute video recording
· PhD. Proposals for the Workshop: Up to 5 pages
All deadlines refer to 23:59 (11:59 pm) in the AoE (Anywhere on Earth) time zone. Conference organizers reserve the right to modify the paper submission schedule.
(1) Full and Short Papers
ENTER22 invites both Full papers and Short papers both on the main topic and on the Special Session topics.
All submissions to the research track will be rigorously evaluated for novelty, significance, and soundness. The peer-review process for all submissions is double-blind to be published as Open Access book by Springer International.
· Currently, due to its high impact, the ENTER Proceedings is ranked among the top 20 academic journals in the world in tourism and hospitality according to Google Scholar.
· Since its publication in January 2021, the ENTER21 e-Tourism Conference Proceedings has already received more than a quarter-million downloads.
Awards for the best full and short papers will be presented during the conference.

All paper submissions should be prepared in Word or LaTeX according to the Springer proceedings guidelines. The templates are also available at EasyChair.

(2) ENTERXchange Presentations (Video Presentations)
This track offers a platform to present findings of their most recent studies, new concepts, ideas, and/or research problems without publishing them in the ENTER22 proceedings.
The ENTERXchange invites ongoing research, findings, technology-driven business solutions, emerging ideas and research problems, as well as proposals for collaboration.
Guidelines:
Please submit a video presentation of your topic that is up to 5-minutes long. Video presentations will be accepted based on the relevance of the research topics for the ENTER2022 conference.

(3) Ph.D. Proposals
The ENTER22 Ph.D. Workshop provides unique opportunities for postgraduate (doctoral) students to interactively present and discuss their research with peers and leading scholars in the field.
Accepted Ph.D. Workshop proposals will also be published as separate OA Proceedings. Participants can apply for ICT4D scholarship. Outstanding proposals will receive awards.

Submit your research proposals for our review and feedback, using the Workshop Author Advice as a template. A research proposal should have a maximum All paper submissions should be prepared in Word or LaTeX according to the requirements of Workshop Author Advice.
